Great Service Came in for first oil change and asked service to check for possible solution for a transient rough idle and rather rough downshift when slowing down. Oil was changed and service identified an engine update (ECM)and a transmission update (TCM) which successfully addressed my concerns. My appointment was for 12:40 PM. Service was complete and I was on my way at 1:50 PM. An hour and 10 minutes, that's hard to beat. Great Service Dept. Everyone very helpful and courteous. Great Dealership Thanks More

Totally awesome!!! On 6/28/15 we had to tow in a friend's car because of damage to under carriage. While I was waiting in Sales office, I met this wonderful man, Richar On 6/28/15 we had to tow in a friend's car because of damage to under carriage. While I was waiting in Sales office, I met this wonderful man, Richard Roberts. Richard worked very hard to try to find a loaner car or even a rental car, but everything was closed. I made the casual comment that if they could keep my current car payment as is, or even lower. Within an hour, we left the dealership in my brand new Hyundai Sonata with every feature that a car can do! Mr. Roberts went beyond the call of duty to help stranded motorists find a way home! It was totally my idea about purchasing a new one and Mr. Roberts was a no-nonsense salesman and went over the car several times to make sure I knew how to drive the car back home, 2 hours away. We both have decided that we will both bring our cars back to the Hyundai of St. Augustine to have them serviced when needed. Lease or purchase I was unsure if I wanted to lease for 3 years or purchase and keep the vehicle for a longer period of time. Sales consultant George Aflleje worked like crazy to make it happen for me. Eddie Brooks in finance found a great(!) financing deal and I was provided a good warranty from Hyundai despite the lapse of the company factory warranty on the vehicle I purchased. I had HORRIBLE experiences at other dealerships in St. Augustine(and did not buy their cars!). I never want my relationship with this dealership to end! They respect everyone who walks through the door. I am so happy with my new, to me, van and know that this dealership will take care of me as long as I have this vehicle...and then again for the next one. More
