The stereo system in my Santa Fe got messed up so I called Kirk and he was able to get me in as soon as I could get to the dearership. We were going to start looking for a new car in about 3 months - when our BMW lease was up. A friend bought a new car from this dealership and we liked the looks of it and thought we'd stop in and take a months - when our BMW lease was up. We asked to see the same salesperson - Joe Lando - that our friend had. We were immediately greeted by Joe. He was very friendly and made us feel welcome - no pressure or hard sell. He told us everything we needed to know about the car we were interested in and he had us do a test drive - "just to see how it compared to the BMW". When we returned from the test drive, Joe worked out such a great deal that we got the new Sonata on the spot and picked it up the next day! We have owned over 35 cars during our married life, and we can honestly say that we have never had a better salesman!! He was honest and pleasant and he really knew his product - there was no haggling or trying to work out "special deals". He was really a pleasure to work with, as was every other person that we dealt with for the purchase. We have had the car in for a few minor things in these first few weeks and we're also really pleased with the service department. We're very happy with the Sonata and we've been telling all our friends about Joe and this dealership. More

I drove all the way to St. Augustine from Vero Beach (166 miles) because of this dealership's high ratings. (I passed at least five Hyundai dealerships along the way!) They did not disappoint. I came in looking for a Tuscon, and drove away with a Genesis Sedan. I have owned six cars in my life, and can honestly say this car not only blows the others out of the water in terms of quality and performance, but so did my sales experience. Richard and the rest of the crew kept the place open quite a bit later than normal so we could complete the sale. The post-sale follow-ups were amazing -- they genuinely care.
