Last weekend my daughter was looking on the internet for a new car. Her Grandfather suggested to use True Car.com. Within minutes we received a call from Randy. We spoke about which car she was interested in; make, year, color. Due to living in a different county we explained that we would not be able to get to the dealership until the following weekend. On Saturday morning, we pulled up to the dealership, and the car she wanted was sitting there waiting. Once we were there we decided to just go "check out" what the car looked like in different colors. Randy took us looking at which cars they had in inventory. Ultimately, we eded up with a different color. Randy was a true professional. He wanted us to leave there happy; and we did! I felt comfortable with him immediately and felt he would be looking out for me! I was going back and forth between a new and used Hyundai Veloster and Paul did not get impatient nor push for a sale. He sat back, answered my questions as they came up and let me take my time with my research into the vehicles. I plan on towing this car behind a motorhome and was worried about the warranty. Paul took me to the Service area and my questions/concerns were answered. On the day we picked up the car, the process was easy and quick.
