The 2014 Elantra Limited, red with beige interior and all the amenities was much more than I could have hoped for! Bye bye Chevy I got antsy after owning an Equinox for only a year and wanted something newer. My boyfriend begged me to look at the Santa Fe Sport because "it's not a Chevy". Reluctantly I did. I was blown away. The first time around my financing had a hiccup. Ray Paez assured me it happens and when I'm ready to try again, give him a call. I'm glad I did. In the mean time I was looking into other mid-sized SUVs. I kept coming back to the Santa Fe. When my pre-approval came back I was ready. I told Ray what I wanted and the price I wanted to stay in. Ray didn't play games. I love that. Two days later I was saying goodbye to my equinox and Jasper, my 2014 Santa Fe Sport, and I were heading home. I passed by 2 other Hyundai dealers to buy my car and if I had to do it all over again I would and I wouldn't change a thing, except maybe the gator keychain I went home with haha. The entire experience even with the finance dept was so painless. More

This was by far the nicest experience I've ever had purchasing a car. The salesman knew his product well, showed me the improvements over my older car and was able to explain the benefits of the 2015. Traded a '13 for a '15 and loving it. Took my '13 Sonata Ltd in for servicing on a Friday and Ray showed me the '15 Sonata loaded with everything. They fixed it and added electronics so my wife no longer feels like she is sitting on the floor. After looking over all the great stuff on the car I told Ray to "make me an offer I couldn't refuse." There was some negotiation and I traded my '13 with 16K miles yesterday. I am happy with the deal and there is no comparison between the '13 and the '15. I will say, if you are going to get a Sonata, spring for the full package. Hyundai of St. Augustine is where I buy and have maintenance done. I live in the Avenues area of Jacksonville. More

Worth the 4 hour drive We spent the past year researching the Hyundai Genesis including a test drive at our local Hyundai dealership in Charleston. The prices in Charleston were reasonable, but we saw a Genesis in the color we wanted with very low miles for much less than we were seeing locally. I originally saw the car on cars.com and used that site to send an e-mail to to Hyundai of St Augustine. I received an e-mail from Chris (Bird) within the hour. Bird was great about answering all my questions, even talking to me about the car and financing on his day off. With some hesitation, my husband and I made the 4 hour drive from Charleston with the mindset that the car may not actually be there or the details would change once we got there. This was not the case. All the details were as promised. From test driving the car, our inspection of the car, financing and learning how all the features worked everything was easy and stress free. We didn't get any kind of upsell or pressure to buy additional services. Bird spent a lot of time answering all our questions and making sure we were comfortable with the process. It was definately worth the drive to the Hyundai dealership in St. Augustine and we would easily buy another car here and from Bird. More
