This is my Third car I have purchased from Paul Smathers at Hyundai of St Augustine. That friendly smile that greets you, Paul's caring attitude lets you know your in the Best Hands to be in for a Joyful, Excellent Adventure of finding, Exactly, What your looking for. I returned to pick up my Santa Fe Turbo, late after 7 pm on a cold rainy day, and there was Paul, waiting patiently to take the time, which by the way took 2 hours to go over all the wonderful new features, benefits of my new purchase. That's just like Paul, the customer is his only priority! My family and I will always be back, because we are treated like family at this dealership. The owner, Andrew's door is always open to sit and chat to see how you are personally and that I was being treated like a Queen and happy with my experience. I had a Sonata which I had loved but had 73,500 miles on it. I was ready to move up and wanted a Genesis. II could not afford a new one. Ron spent 4 plus hours with me Friday. We drove 6 cars trying to obta it. I was ready to move up and wanted a Genesis. II could not afford a new one. Ron spent 4 plus hours with me Friday. We drove 6 cars trying to obtain the ride I wanted for a price I could afford. He suggested finally a used and found one with minimal miles. He helped get it in to St. A from wherever it was. Got it cleaned and checked Saturday among the other service appointments and then helped me negotiate the price to meet my needs. I feel extremely well taken care of. I am happy with the car, I got a Genesis with considerably lower mileage than my Sonata. Joe got the 100,000 mile 10 year warrenty included. I could not be happier. Thank you all. More

I first contacted the dealership in reference to an advertised, pre-owned Hyundai Equus and spoke to Darryl Clark. He was very courteous, showed me the car several of the features. He was kind enough to allow me to drive the car and get acquainted with it. When I returned with the car, he referred me to Paul Smathers. Paul was also very courteous. He was very knowledgeable about the Equus, and answered many questions. After getting acquainted and further discussing the many advantages of owning a Hyundai Equus, Paul explained the extended warranty, and the price. After discussing both, we were able to come to an agreement. Paul is not the "typical car salesman" and I appreciate that he clearly explained all aspects of the car and the sale in a manner the buyer could understand. I would definitely recommend the dealership and Paul Smathers as a salesman. He is an asset to the Hyundai family. More
