This was the first service for a brand new Elantra purchased for my daughter. The service department was wonderful. They inspected the entire vehicle, changed and replenished all of the fluids and w purchased for my daughter. The service department was wonderful. We had casual conversation and it didn't feel forced on their end. I live in Jacksonville and saw the vehicle I was interested in online. I walked in pre-approved through my credit union, however, when I went to pick up the check the next day, the CU didn't want to do the deal and wouldnt budge. My husband and I, feeling devastated that we might lose the vehicle, went back to the dealer (to either return or somehow sign paperwork). The finance manager was able to get a deal through our CU with a MUCH lower interest rate so it was a win win! We got to have it through our CU AND get the car we wanted! I will definitely make the drive to come back for another vehicle! The vehicle had VERY low mileage and in great condition! WE LOVE IT! THANKS AGAIN FROM THE WHITELEY FAMILY!!! More

I was extremely pleased with the way I was treated. Charles was so very nice and personable and not pushy at all! I felt very comfortable with him. He says the dealership is like a family. I think that's great and in the future I will bring my business back there! My car deal was done in a timely manner and I never felt pressured into anything! I have purchased MANY cars and this by far was the easiest ever. More
George Aflleje worked with me first with emails and second by calling me. I got a hold of Jack in finance. He helped find a bank that would give me a loan with very bad credit.
