Kyle spent a half hour after I signed the papers showing me all of the buttons in the car. He removed my license plate frame and put it on my new car for me. I had started at Southside Hyundai with Nelson and Eric. They were underhanded, tried to get me confused. Did not listen. Kept trying to talk me into longer terms. Switched models on me...I invested 8 hrs and walked out. I read the reviews and went to St. Augustine. I was skeptical and wondered if they could be as good as people said. They were. Andrew Difeo was extremely helpful in discussing overall pricing and the option of leasing versus an outright purchase. Each member of the staff was very professional and David Bunn explained in detail extended warranty and service options. What really impressed us the most is that we originally wanted pearl white and Shawn started a search in surrounding dealerships; however a few days later a mineral gray arrived at the dealership that had all of our options selected. We received a call on Saturday morning that we may want to take a look; it works well with the gray interior. We drove down and within a half hour selected the mineral gray Santa Fe.
