We were looking for a new vehicle to replace my 11 year old Hyundai Elantra which had given me many years of good service but which was being outgrown by the addition of my new (to be) family. Randy had contacted me online after I had searched for SUVs in the local area and invited us to visit and take a test drive. The Santa Fe we chose fits our family well, has many features we had only dreamed of, and was priced quite well. Randy was very low key, and not pushy at all, letting the vehicle speak for itself. We were sold. Eddie and Randy worked diligently together to get our financing approved. My credit is not the greatest thanks to an ex, but thankfully, Eva's pulled us out of the "no go" file. Thank you Randy and Eddie (and all the others behind the scenes) for your hard work. We look forward to visiting in the near future to purchase a new vehicle for Eva. More

I was greeted pleasantly by name on arrival and told what to expect and how long my wait would be. Was told by sales person my 2008 Solara convertible with 18'500 mile. Was worth $ 21,000 on autotrader cash that they would buy it for. The sales manger said they make a mistake and would not give me the $21,000 for my car. They tried playing the good cop bad cop on me. I would be very careful dealing with these kind of people. I will not send anybody to these guys. More
Chris went above the call of duty. I found out my extended warranty did not do what i was led to believe. I had to have a washer pump installed. After the required bargaining, I got a fully loaded car at a price I was willing to pay, and the dealership got to sell the same car twice, a win -win all around. I am sure I will be a happy camper as soon as we figure out how to work all those extra do-dads..
