When it got down to the nitty gritty, all of the sales figures were fair and affordable for the car of our dreams. The sales staff spent all of the time we needed to get the car set up for us to use, and Josh was wonderful in setting up our new nav system and bluetooth. The finance department was smooth and accommodating, we never felt pressured to get anything we did not want or need. I first spoke to Randy on the phone, however when I arrived he was tied up with a customer so David stepped in and very effectively helped me. Both were extremely polite and informative, neither person was pushy in any way, it was like dealing with a longtime friend. I have to add that the sale could not have been completed without the above and beyond help from Jimmy the Manager. This being a used car, he offered to complete numerous items in order for the car to meet my satisfaction without any pressure. In addition these folks made me a fair offer on my trade in which was imerative to the sale.Again without any pressure they voluntarily placed me in a loaner car for a few days until the additional work was completed on my car. This was reassuring to me since I lived an hour away and did not want any additional concern of what if I was to get in an accident, and the terms of the deal were at risk. When I returned for the vehicle which was ready in a timely manner, everything discussed was completed to my satisfaction and the car was clean with a full tank of gas.I had visited other dealerships in Central Florida and was extremely pleased here with the straight forward honest dealings and ethics. Frank was thourough in going over the car with us and even helped us link our phones to the car. He was very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. I hate going to dealerships and getting the run around between trade ins and financing or heavy pressure to purchase but that was not the case. We picked the Sonata GlS @ first then changed our mind to the Sonata SE. Usually the salesman gets irrated when the paperwork is started on one and you change your mind. Not Frank,he gladly showed us several cars and let us discuss what we wanted to do~ No hassle!!!!!!! We have already recommended this dealership and salesman to 3 other people! This is the second new sonata I have purchased from Randy (and this time as well Roosevelt) and the transaction was even better than last time (if that was even possible). My daughter bought a Hyundai Sante Fe on 2/19 and I liked it so much I went to test drive one myself the same day. I picked it up after work on Monday and Demetrius was great in helping me to understand some of its features. I mostly liked his quietly capable manner, again, not pushy. Very courteous and surprisingly a very sharp wit and sense of humor that he selectivly shares at times. I am delighted with my Santa Fe. Just love it! More
