Recently, I experienced a cooling syst for several years and have generally had excellent experiences with both the sales and service departments. Recently, I experienced a cooling system issue with my 2017 Infiniti QX50 that required multiple visits and became a frustrating situation. After an initial repair for leaking heater hoses, additional cooling system concerns led to the discovery of a leaking radiator. As a customer, it was difficult to face the possibility of another major repair so soon after the first one. What ultimately made the difference was the professionalism and commitment of Service Manager Crue Carter. Crue took the time to review the repair history, listen to my concerns, personally investigate the situation, and provide detailed explanations regarding the diagnosis. Most importantly, he went above and beyond by advocating on my behalf and securing factory goodwill assistance that covered the radiator replacement. While no one enjoys unexpected vehicle repairs, I believe true customer service is revealed when challenges arise.
