Called Tiffany Williams on the phone to negotiate an Infiniti QX60 Autograph AWD that was the color and features we wanted. She eagerly got to work and came back with terms and price that I was looking Infiniti QX60 Autograph AWD that was the color and features we wanted. She eagerly got to work and came back with terms and price that I was looking for and was able to make the deal over the phone through internet sales. I then drove from the Nashville Tn area and everything went flawless and couldn't be happier with our purchase. Highly recommend Infiniti of Birmingham and Tiffany Williams and staff. More

From sales to service to parts, all departments “EXCEL” in customer service and satisfaction. I just purchased a 2023 Infiniti QX60 Autograph replacing my 2017 QX60 that I gave to my daughter to help with her growing family. I fell in love with the Autograph because of all the newer features. My salesperson, Reginald Palmer, did an exemplary job keeping me posted about available vehicles as they came into Infiniti of Birmingham. Over the nine months of working with “Regi”, he has become a friend. He worked with me providing a smooth transition from the purchase of the vehicle, additional accessories, extended warranty options and even scheduling my 1st service appointment. “Regi” has gone “Above and Beyond” duty and excelled at hitting the bullseye on every checklist for customer service. He is truly an asset to the Infiniti of Birmingham Family, and I am already talking to him about a 2023 QX50 for my wife. More
