Pros: Outstanding. Excellent. Top notch. Worth the extra drive from the Lake County. Cons: I challenge you to go there and find one. Eric, the Sales Manager (didn’t catch his name), Jacob, and Assad went above and beyond to make me feel truly special. This was the best experience ever I’ve had at a car dealership by far. Eric pulled the used cars I was interested in inside so that we could look at them in the warm indoors. Earlier that day (Mar 1), I drove from OH and was having a “long” day overall. I have to say that I wasn’t on my best behavior that evening yet Eric never lost his cool and was very courteous and helpful. When it was looking like the closing time was coming up, Eric and the Sales Manager offered that I take the car home for a day to see how I like it and discuss with my wife. I actually ended up buying the car that same night (they stayed open until 10PM for me) so I didn’t take them up on their offer but the gesture was appreciated nonetheless. They were so upfront with me price wise that the “negotiations” were minimal and stressless. They got me out of there in record time. Jacob made the financing portion of the process as seamless as I’ve ever seen. The extended warranty package I purchased was reasonably priced and made sense, I’m glad I bought it. Assad did a great job delivering the vehicle. He also helped me select some reasonably priced accessories. Eric in Parts was nothing but helpful when I managed to forget the wiper blades I just bought a few days later. By the way, the blades were half the price compared to a dealer in Lake County. I do not want to mention names, but will say that this dealer is head and shoulders above the other guys in the Chicago area. They secure great talent and motivate them to take care of the customer. I will recommend the Infiniti of Clarendon Hills to everyone I know. Keep up the good work! More

Service was prompt, professional and personable. I was treated with respect. The listening skills of Lance, my service consultant and his patient, informative answers to my several questions were excepti treated with respect. Great experince.Lance was very professional. He greeted me when I dropped the car off and when I came back to pick it up. He walked me to the cashier and answered any questions I had. Went in for post sales installation of accessories and a software update that the car indicated it needed. Some of the accessories were fitted however the dealership had received the wrong mud guards for m software update that the car indicated it needed. My experience from start to finish with Infiniti of Clarendon Hills was exceptional. I walked in the door to buy a used car, but the way I was treated you would think I was purchasing their top of the Clarendon Hills was exceptional. I walked in the door to buy a used car, but the way I was treated you would think I was purchasing their top of the line vehicle off the showroom floor. I was treated courteously from the girls at the reception desk, to the salesman on the floor, to the parts manager in the service department. Peter Korallus, the owner, even took the time to come out and show my son a few hockey tips. Time he did not have to spend as I had already purchased the car. I will without a doubt buy my next car from this dealer. This was on the heals of being treated very poorly by a dealer across the street who apparently have a distinctly different philosophy on selling cars. I will never buy a vehicle from any McGrath dealership. When I had a minor problem with the car a few weeks later, Infiniti took steps to get the problem corrected immediately and once again acted like the first class dealership that they are. Even the gentleman vacuuming the carpets in the service area went out of his way to smile and open the door for me as I walked through. More
