I'm a proud Infiniti owner for the last 5 years. And the new location is excellent for me as it's right down the street from my residence and has very convienent hours for service. Anna was extremly professional, well versed in Infinti parts and repair, and found a potiental harmful issue with my car caused by another dealership with her key eye for detail. Well I was looking at a used car online. Chris Hill was the firs and last person I dealt with . He asked me the right questions, and got all the information I needed. When I found out they didnt have that car on that exact lot- Chris personally went and got the car for me from one of their other dealerships. I was worried about having finance issues. - Chris had me fill out the information online, and then called me back to tell me the pro-s and the cons on my credit. Do you know that it said on my credit report that I still had a bankruptcy open from 6 years ealrier! This could not only effect the purchasing of this vehicle, but also the purchasing of my home, or anything regarding credit. I didnt even know this was on my credit report. I have had my credit checked before to finace and this was never brought to my knowledge. So a lot of my problems getting financed in the past make sense now Well after getting this fixed, he ran my credit through finance and got me approved. All of this was done while I was at work. It made it so easy to know that what they were telling me was the truth. They made everything easy. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. They were honest , and I was not charged one single penny more then what they said I was going to pay over the phone. My son was treated to hot cocoa and cartoons, the place is stunning, and so clean. Even the porter who I asked out his cool glasses - went above and beyond to get me the information I needed to go to the right eye doctor! He also made sure my son was entertained, and treated us like royalty. And I must say our Car looked spotless - those porters really know what they are doing To top off my amazing experience with Chris Hill , I ended up with Bill the Finance guy - He was not your typical finace guy . He was friendly - not a bit snakey like you see around other dealerships. He was quick - and got us in our car quickly Most of alllll I love my car - It looks brand new and its an 07' you think you're going to pay more at this dealership cause its so nice - but the truth is they can afford this dealership cause they have done SO well with keeping bizz growing and keeping a power staff to meet a customers every need 5 stars! We had narrowed our search to either the Lexus IS250 or the Infiniti G37X and were looking to spend less than $30K when we went to Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. I pursued a new car purchase with Joe Calabrese. Joe was absolutely fantastic. He was patient, friendly, courteous, and explained everything to me. I have bought G35x today from this dealership and I’m very satisfied with the purchase and it was a great experience. I was first greeted by Mr. Chris Hill, the internet sales manager and after that Mr. very satisfied with the purchase and it was a great experience. Joe took us for a quick test drive and provided us with all the details regarding the vehicle and answered all the questions we had. He provided us with a great service; he was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, not only that Mr. Mark Mizera, the sales manager and Joe worked out a good deal with us. Everything went smooth and hassle free. Mr. William Harris, the business manager took only few minutes to do all the paper work with us and provided us with all the answers. Lastly, Mr. Assad Hamzeh, the delivery manager took more than two hours explaining all the features about the car, he went through everything twice so I won’t forget. He was very helpful that I won’t need a catalog. I’m very happy with the service I received at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills. I’ll definitely recommend this dealership to everyone and will come again.
