Overall, I would shy away from this dealer. After negotiating the price (including their offer to reimburse me for the lease disposition fee) and buying the car; they subsequently said that it wasn’t negotiating the price (including their offer to reimburse me for the lease disposition fee) and buying the car; they subsequently said that it wasn’t part of the deal. I found this rude and quite disappointing to save $395; especially after buying a used car warranty which has significant profit margins. More

Lisa was quick to respond and very professional. Andreas was my sales person. He was knowledgeable about the car. I went in with my kid and no one treated me like a dumb chick. I wanted to extend my warranty. After several attempts, phone call, eight emails, including emails to the manager no luck. I even drove to the dealership during a pandemic. I cannot get a response.
