Recently Infiniti opened a new dealership in Clarendon Hills, within 4 miles of my home! What a pleasure! Now, mind you, I was not disappointed in the service I received in the past years, because I have always been satisfied with Infiniti's specialized attention. BROUGHT MY 2008 FX35 IN FOR A DASH BOARD ISSUE AND WAS TOLD THAT IS WAS UNDER A RECALL AND THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED AT NO COST TO ME. I RECEIVED A LOANER CAR AND THEY ALSO FOUND A RECALL ISSUE ON THE ODOM TOLD THAT IS WAS UNDER A RECALL AND THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED AT NO COST TO ME. I RECEIVED A LOANER CAR AND THEY ALSO FOUND A RECALL ISSUE ON THE ODOMETER ORDER PARTS AND GOT TO WORK ON THAT AS WELL. I HAD MY CAR BACK THE NEXT DAY. I had a problem with the seat for the co-driver. I contacted the initial person Joe Calabrese seeking the help, he forwarded the email to Tony Bonifazi. He kindly ordered the seat and let me know when it is ready. I went there to change the seat and do the first oil change (they did that for free) last Wed. The service is great, and the people also helped me to remove some trace on the surface, I cannot notice them now. Lance Groff answered all the questions I had and was very helpful. I recommend this dealership. More
