Overall, a great experience, and I highly recommend working with the nicest guy ever, Velko! More

I specifically chose Gwinnett Infiniti (which is out of my way) because the other Infiniti dealers I went to were not transparent and sometimes downright misleading. For instance, when I purchased my firs my way) because the other Infiniti dealers I went to were not transparent and sometimes downright misleading. For instance, when I purchased my first two Infiniti's in 2017 from Bayside Infiniti (a Qx30 and a Qx50) I was told I should get tire protection because I had run-flat tires. When I needed the protection while traveling and went to Nalley Infiniti I was told I had no protection and had to pay to have my tire fixed. So I was very precise about how I was going to either buy my Qx30 or roll into a new lease. I went on to Dealer Rater and found Gwinnett's highest-rated salesperson. I sent a message and when we connected I told him exactly what was so. My credit was not good and I wanted to either purchase my Qx30 or roll into a new lease...but whatever new vehicle I got I had to have a panoramic roof and the Bose Sound System. Mark came back to me and said that he has the Qx50 I wanted in stock. At first I wanted it in White. So White Qx50 with a Panoramic Roof and Bose Sound System. When I asked him about the sound system he said that the "premium bose sound package would be $10k more." Premium Bose? I didn't ask for Premium Bose. I asked for the Bose Sound System...period. Got to the dealership, again he says something about the Premium Bose. He never once said that the car I would be driving wouldn't have the Bose Sound System, which was very important to me. As we get into the car, he suggests that the sound system in the Qx50 Luxe would blow away the system in my Qx30. It didn't. I can immediately tell that the sound system is NOT BOSE. When we returned, I told him, "I have to say. You tried to have me believe that I was getting a lesser quality Bose System by using the term 'premium.' I need you to understand, that there is nothing Bose about the sound system and it is not a Bose sound system." He still tried to say that it sounded as good as Bose, which it doesn't. But what the heck...my lease is up. I'm in Georgia, and I need a car. I'm basically stuck. To buy the car I love is more money to finance and doesn't make sense financially as a business consultant. We proceed with the deal. I was told and I knew of the Loyalty Lease Offers, including paying two payments on the old lease. There were two payments on the Qx30 when I went to Gwinnett. I asked and they (the salesperson and manager) confirmed that the account would be zeroed out. I got the car. I don't love the car. In fact, I desperately miss my Qx30, which had the "PREMIUM" Bose System. Now understand, Mark like all car salespeople press how important it is to provide a good review. He even offered to pay 1/2 of the tunnel shield (the thing that hides the stuff in your cargo area) if I provide him and the dealership with a 1000...I guess that is the rating. I agreed I would do it. However, I had to call Mark. I really resented how he handled the sound system thing and I really needed him to understand that. I spoke with him and told him that the double talk he used I found misleading and I didn't appreciate it and that I can't and won't fully enjoy the car because IT DOESN'T HAVE THE BOSE SYSTEM IN IT. All of my cars, my Nissan Rogue, Murano's, My Infiniti's all of my cars had the Bose System. It is not the same experience without it and now I have this car for 39 months without it. Anyway, I said what I needed to say and planned to just give a good rating. I mean they did lower the price on the car to make the payment more affordable. I knew I was in a bad credit spot. Today, I receive my End of Lease Liability Statement. It was much higher than I expected. When I called Infiniti Finance they advised me that one of my payments was moved to the Miscellaneous Line when I deferred a payment to the end of the lease. They told me "I should contact the dealer since the paperwork shows they were crediting me for two payments, but there was one on the Miscellaneous line and they probably missed it." I ask the dealer can handle it, right? Right, Joe from Infiniti Finance says. Cool, I call the salesman. I explain to him what is happening...and after some "stop and listen to me." he finally understood what I was saying. He said he would connect with his General Manager. Do you know what he says to me? My General Manager says that since the payment was in the miscellaneous, there is nothing we can do with that...but if you send us 4 referrals, the money from...I deaded that xxxx straight away. Now I am to send you business to get what you offered in the first place!!! No! We are not playing that game. I let him know that I wasn't sending anyone to Gwinnett Infiniti. Now I'm wondering who do I buy a car from going forward. I also explained that I wasn't going to "work" for Infiniti to get what they promised me. The bottom line is, there were three options in my mind. Option 1: Okay, let us double-check with Infiniti Finance and we will take care of the other payment. No problem. Option 2: Okay, not a problem, we will cut you a check, we didn't realize. Option 3: Sorry, too late. But send us more business we will hit you off. I'm going to pay my debt to Infiniti Finance. I will also, pay my note on time every time. But I will NEVER GO TO GWINETTE INFINITI FOR ANYTHING, not even a free oil change and an inside/out detail. BTW, I paid the bill. And to date, I have not received any check which would have honored the integrity of the deal. Also, they pay for good ratings. More
