Overall it's an ok dealer it's sales person was one reason I knocked off a star. As a person she's a good person but as a salesman she sucks it's always a reason she couldn't do something or lie about reason I knocked off a star. Another reason for 3 stars is the detail dept they either needs to be retrained or fired I sent my vehicle back 3 time to get clean and it still had hair, spilled beverage, and dirt on the seats. The highlight out of the whole experience is when my sales person told me to get online and purchase some wireless headphones and remote for the entertainment package that came with the vehicle and reflected in the price. But with no second guessing I reached out to upper management to let them know I was on my way back with the vehicle to get a refund. Her supervisor called and he agreed that it should have came with it and mailed me everything that was missing at less someone there know how to keep a business running and I want to say THANK YOU! Please work with the rest of your team to be up to your standards. Having to choose between a $60K vehicle sale or $200 headphones and remote that's a no brainer. More
