Second I've been a customer since 2006 and I keep going back to Infiniti of Gwinnett because I receive great service from Harvey Hollander, he has been my service advisor for 14 years and I've been more than pleased, I look forward to continue servicing my new car with his continued help. The staff have always been very courteous and I feel my purchases are always hassle free and this last time was no exception. The car we came for sold before we could see it, but we were able to find a similarly equipped vehicle 1 year newer and with less miles. Everyone at the dealership treated us like we were regulars there. They were even pet friendly to our puppy who was traveling with us that day. Going above and beyond any dealership experience we've had before, makes us wish we lived close enough to have regular service here. I walked in only to look for a future car and try to make a decent deal for a future car and walked out with not only a new QX60 Infiniti but also a used car for my husband. To say he was OUTSTANDING is an understatement.
