Car #5 I have been purchasing my cars from Gwinnett Infiniti for 12 years. There are two reasons for that. One is that I like the cars. But I could go to any Infiniti dealer but I don't even shop around. This is the #1 reason I go to this dealership....that is the dealership itself. Everyone is top notch. I have dealt with Richard ball from day one. How many car salesmen do you know who stay with one dealership for 12+ years? That alone tells me a lot about the dealership. Also, any time we have taken the cars in for routine service we are treated like we are important. In 12 years I have never had even a minor complaint about sales or service. Again, the people are the best!! They love what they do and it shows, Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure satisfaction is achieved at every level. More
