HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE This has to be the ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP I have ever dealt with in my entire life! The sales person (Ben) lied to us after we purchased a nearly $ This has to be the ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP I have ever dealt with in my entire life! The sales person (Ben) lied to us after we purchased a nearly $46,000 vehicle sight unseen and we were told the vehicle was in perfect condition. We had all the paperwork done and drove 7 hours to pick it up. When we arrived, the car had a number of flaws and we did not take possession of the vehicle. Absolutely no one called us to apologize after the sale they lost due to their negligence. We tried contacting them to be reimbursed for the flight ticket that we had to purchase to come home. The general sales manager of course is never available and the sales managers are probably the rudest people I have ever spoke with. And the worst part of all was that we financed through our own bank and even after they told my boyfriend they were not going to run his credit, they did anyways! Totally the most unprofessional dealership anywhere! I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and posting bad reviews wherever I can until they make this right. More

I immediately advised of my hectic work schedule and he was able to empathize and accommodate my circumstance. I knew I wanted a Q60 but wasn’t sure if I was ready to make such a step. Jason was very informative and patient throughout the entire sales process, which took about a week. Jason treated me like a customer that he wanted a part of the Infiniti family. This is my seventh car and second new car, but this was totally the best interaction. I will definitely recommend my friends, family and associates to him. More
