If you need to service your car they have great waiting area if you prefer to wait or if you want to be on your way and don't feel like waiting just ask for a loaner car. More

The worst car buying experience ever. The vehicle was delivered to my house on March 30 2018. My experience at Infiniti of Gwinnett was very horrible. First a part of the vehicle descripti The vehicle was delivered to my house on March 30 2018. My experience at Infiniti of Gwinnett was very horrible. First a part of the vehicle description on line was incorrect. Mrs. Salette made good on that by getting that fixed. Mrs. Salette was an awesome sale consultant. She has did her job to the tee. The financial guys Sam Ghazal and Dragan Cvorovic where horrible. If they where the deciding factor of me purchasing this vehicle then I definitely would have let it there. Mrs. Salette saved the deal with me. Craig Hooten seemed very inconsiderate after I told him the issue of me being mislead with the bottom line payment on the vehicle and basically told me I have to suck it up and either buy the car or leave it. It was no the Dealership responsibility to tell the customer the exact amount of the car to include taxes and I should be happy that they made the correct with the vehicle description of having DVD's in it. When I received the car the driver was very nice. For this vehicle to a CPO vehicle the upholstery was dirty, the drive center console was busted and the front bumper was dented underneath. mind you this is suppose to be a vehicle with a clean car fax report. This damage was never even presented or looked at. For the 167 point inspection that was done it looks like someone missed a lot when it cam to attention to detail. I called the dealership plenty of times trying to speak with the General Manager (Steve Kendricks)and have yet to speak with him. On April 24, 2018 I was luck to reach his Executive Assistant and she seemed to be interested in my stamen and provided me with his email address, and stated she would let Mr. Kendricks know of the issue. Still nothing heard from him. I understand that I am just a little drop in a bucket to Infiniti of Gwinnett, but I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I know of. More
