He still came out to greet me and set me up with Darryl, his floor partner. Darryl was extremely pleasant to deal with and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured into buying a vehicle. Since I was trading in my old vehicle, he got the appraisal process started before our test drive which saved time upon returning to the dealership. I had arrived late afternoon, so by the time all of the paperwork had been prepared and reviewed with me, it was well after closing time. But both Darryl and Goran took their time in making sure that I was satisfied and never made me feel rushed. It couldn't have been a better car buying experience and I will definitely return when it's time for my next purchase. More
