Mark Preston and I first connected over the phone regarding a vehicle my husband saw on the website. I immediately contacted him and set up a time for us to do a test drive. He was not an aggressive salesperson in any way. He spoke to me like a person (not like the previous salesmen who spoke to me like I was a girl who knew nothing about cars or money). He followed up when appropriate. He presented the details in a way that made sense. I left with a "new to me" car a few days later. I had to go back twice after the sale (to return a key and to get items I forgot in my old car) and Mark was still eager to help in any way he could.
