I have been a customer of Infiniti of Gwinnett since 2005, and have always had a positive experience whether Sales or Service-related. Most recently, I had the pleasure of working with Velko Tsvetanov o 2005, and have always had a positive experience whether Sales or Service-related. Most recently, I had the pleasure of working with Velko Tsvetanov on a vehicle purchase. Though I have always had a positive experience with Infiniti of Gwinnett, the experience with Velko stood out for several reasons. First, speed and accuracy of communication were evident from my first contact. Additionally, it was clear that Velko was really listening to me, and I believe that he was working on behalf of my interests. Most importantly, Velko's trustworthiness and competency were evident throughout the process from our first meeting until the final delivery of the vehicle. I will definitely seek him out for any future vehicle purchase needs, and I would not hesitate to recommend him highly to anyone in the market for a great car. More

It took a while for them to process my paperwork but that was due to the lack of financial personnel available so don’t buy a car on Wednesdays 😉. I am still not convinced that the new Q50’s do not come with jack accessories or a tow hook kit but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. But the reason for the four star rating is because there was no spare key available for a 2020 model and their desire not to throw it in for free, despite my getting the insurance coverage for an additional one 🤷🏽‍♂️ More

I would recommend Velko and Infiniti of Gwinnett to any of my friends and family! My husband and I bought our Buick Enclave totally over the phone and online. We were bit hesitant when we walk in as we have very bad experience with other dealers like ALM or Loubh ..but it was just the opposite. Very professional, patience, not overly sales man or sales speech. We went slowly on our need and the inventory they have. Exactly in few minutes we were giving test drive.
