We had an overall great experience purchasing a new vehicle from INFINITI of Kansas City. As we walked up to the door of the dealership on a Saturday afternoon, Kelly Glaze walked out, hand outstretche vehicle from INFINITI of Kansas City. As we walked up to the door of the dealership on a Saturday afternoon, Kelly Glaze walked out, hand outstretched, to welcome us to the showroom. It just so happened that the model we were interested in - even with the trim package and color we wanted - had just been moved onto the floor for display. Kelly was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all but one of our questions. We stayed for maybe an hour and left to go about our weekend activities. Within a few minutes of leaving, Kelly called to answer that one lingering question for us. We talked about the vehicle for the next few hours, texting with Kelly on a Saturday night, and set an appointment for Monday afternoon to go in and negotiate, assuming the vehicle hadn’t been purchased already. We were in luck! It was still there! Our buying experience was smooth but a bit long. We arrived at 2:30pm and drove off the floor in our new vehicle at 6pm. The longest part was waiting to speak with the finance manager, but I truly think he had an unusually long negotiation process with the folks who were in with him before us. The dealership was comfortable. We were introduced to the service manager, who explained our service appointment schedule and was overall very lovely. I came to the dealership to get an alignment. The Service Representative told me the wait would be around two hours. I decided to look around at the cars in the showroom. Todd noticed me and asked if I had any questioned or needed any assistance. I let him know I was just browsing and really unsure. He said he was more than happy to show me around. We spent some time in the showroom and then ventured out into the cold to look at vehicles. Todd was patient and willing to answer all my questions. We eventually returned to the showroom where I advised him which car I was most interested in. Turns out the only car available was the car on the showroom floor. To make a long story short from start to finish my experience was one to remember in a positive way of course. Everyone was so kind to me. I was especially impressed with Todd because he took his time with me and gave me exactly what I wanted. This is not my first time purchasing a car but this by far the best experience I have ever had. Very professional and mindful of my time. They got me in and out quickly. I am pleased with my purchase and my overall experience. BIG Thank You to everyone I encountered and interacted with that day. More
