She walked me through the process of finding the vehicle that I wanted with patience and care. She answered all my questions and invited me to come in. Once I arrived at the dealership, Debbie met me at the door and introduced me to Michael Swanson who was my salesperson, He was polite and friendly and made my process easy. Once I found my vehicle, I was introduced to Dallas Carlson who helped me obtain the accessories I wanted and introduced me to my vehicle. He took his time and instructed me on how each function operated, Finally I met with Paul Kay to sign all of my documents and warranty packages. He was very thorough and precise as he explained my options. This was truly a great experience. I must add that none of this would have happened if Debbie had not call so quickly and was able to answer my questions, At that time I was definitely on the fence and frustrated in searching for the perfect vehicle for me. My salesman Dan DuBois was very accommodating and never did I once felt pressured. He took his time with me and was honest and forthright about everything. I highly recommend him to any future shoppers. Once I got to finance, the process was quick and swift. Sean did a great job explaining everything and did not push anything onto me that I was not interested in. This was my first purchase at this dealership, and from the experience I had I would have no hesitation to go back again. More
