Let me tell you I have bought several vehicles before in like 4 to 5 different dealers, but the treatment I received there was just indescribably amazing! starting with the top manager Mike Korallus, what a great guy!. Their employees Michael Jaquez and Dallas Carlson were most professional, courteous polite and so knowledgeable about their vehicles and products. They treated my wife and I like we were the king and queen of England. Most definitely will be sharing my experience and recommending this dealership with everyone I have the chance with. More

Very Professional Dealership We knew we wanted to purchase an Infiniti QX70, and we could see online that Infiniti of Naperville had the best inventory in the Midwest. We drove 75 miles and were impressed the moment we walked in the door of Infiniti of Naperville. We were immediately greeted by salesman Doug Belgio, who was very helpful in showing us through the immense inventory. Our experience continued as we wrapped up the deal with Dale Morrone, completed financials with Sean Pelkey, then were given all the instructions on bells and whistles by Dallas Carlson. This was my first time buying a car online and my first time buying a car out of state. I was searching for something very specific and I found it online amongst the huge selection at Infiniti of Naperville. I never thought I would be able to say that buying a car for the first time online and first time out of state would have been the best car buying experience I had ever had but it absolutely was, by miles and miles! I owe it to the professionalism and diligence of the team at Infiniti of Naperville and, specifically, Michael Swanson. I could not have asked for a better buying experience, period! I was treated with a higher level of professionalism and my overall experience was smoother and more enjoyable than even the local dealerships I had bought from repeatedly for several years. Sorry to the local guys but never again! I am an Infiniti lifer and an Infiniti of Naperville lifer from here on!! I had a Land Rover die on me about a year and a half ago (go figure lol) and I scrambled to find a good replacement on the fly. There was an Infiniti sedan a local dealer had so I scooped it up, and that's when I found out the difference an Infiniti makes. Best car I ever had, new or used, until now anyway lol! I decided to give the sedan to my wife because she loved it so much and for me to get back to driving something more my style. I live in one of the largest cities in Wisconsin and there is plenty of money here to justify dealerships going above and beyond but nothing that even comes close to this experience! Absolutely top notch! Michael Swanson's follow-up was amazing and he did everything he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. I cannot say enough about the difference it makes to work with people who pride themselves on not just being the best in town but the best across the entire country! They really are number one for a reason! I don't care where you live or what your reservations are with buying a car sight unseen or online or out of state. Just do it and thank Infiniti of Naperville later, and Michael Swanson if you are lucky enough to work with him. He made it the best car buying experience I could have hoped for and I have a feeling he does this for people all the time. I would like to thank Michael Swanson for being the best at what he does and his team I worked with, Sean Pelkey in Finance and Christian Lynch who fielded my inquiries online and got me working with Michael. Best Car Buying Experience The experience all around was really good. Everyone was really nice to work with. From the time we entered the dealer to the driving off out of dealer garage. I have been at several dealers in that past and recently also in my search of the jx35 i purchased. I could feel the friendliness and professionalism from the time i walked in. I service clients for a living, i could feel the environment at Infiniti of Naperville was stood out from the rest. Adam is a really good sales person, knew about the car and everything i needed to know. Very direct to the point, knowledgeable about the car, also updating me regularly while waiting on my car appraisal, etc. At one point while waiting in the TV Room (which was great room to have for my 10 yr old daughter, i had to have with me that day), i saw Jon interacting with some other buyers, a family with smaller kids and taking good care of their needs and helping them with their patience, talking to the kids telling them its his fault that is taking as long as it is. Was great to see that. Jon didnt know i was paying attention. At one point, he waited for me as well to finish a phone call so he can offer me coffee or water. Important stuff, that makes a difference. Even before i got there Christian was very communicative with me about options on the car i was asking about, and took me few days to get out there. followed up with me when he didnt hear from me. Good job! Usually negotiation is really tough, i actually walked away from a few deals, not getting what i thought was fair, on 3 other jx35 cars at 2 other infiniti dealers . Usually another manager comes and tries to come and beat you on it. This time was different, it was all done through Adam the sales person, it took only one time, after i was not happy with the trade in value they gave me and i told them what i thought was fair for my trade in, he came back and shook my hand accepting my request. I considered infiniti of naperville very fair on negotiation. I was told Jim McColgan the manager approved the deal but i did not meet him. Thank you Jim. Financing went very smooth as well. Sean did very well at going over all the financing, also presenting me the options of warranty, Jon was shadowing him and also both of them were not pushy but helpful in helping me understand it all. Great job again! It was very late after closing, but both still took their time patiently to talk even other things like kids and family vacation, etc. Dallas was very nice in walking me and my daughter about the features of the car and gave me his number to help me program the mirror garage. Even the guy changing the plates was so nice. Thx to all about the buying experience. More
