Today I had a question/issue for service dept. in that my GPS had not been working properly. Unfortunately, I am still heavily relying on my GPS as I am in sales and cover all of southern Florida for my sales geography. I spoke with Tamiko today in service and she was incredibly helpful, patient, professional, and friendly. She went above and beyond the call of duty and had saved me a trip of having to set an appointment to come in to remedy the issue I was having with my GPS/ Bluetooth functionality.
