I tried to trip him up with some questions but was unable to. He was also with me every step of the way, from the moment I walked in the door, through the financing process, educating me on the operation of the car until I left with my new QX60. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I was a Market Human Resource Manager with Walmart so I'm very aware of how an associate interacts with customers.
