People say Honda’s sell themselves, but it's really the interaction with your salesperson and the courtesy of the dealership staff that really gets the cars off the lot. I’m a numbers guy, I have to see all the details on a page in order to make a decision and Brad went above and beyond to ensure I knew exactly what was going on at all times. The finance staff was impeccable with every detail of the contract and made sure I knew exactly what I was signing. Brad even brought me a cup of coffee while I was going over the contract. Apathetic 1. Attempted to purchase a car at IDE. Waited for a salesperson around 15 minutes and left, although there were a few standing around talking. 2. O 1. Attempted to purchase a car at IDE. The car was evaluated for a transmission shake by IDE beyond the 60k power train warranty, although it was never resolved. It sets me back $1500 to fix it. Have since come to learn it is a common CRV problem. More
