I was so discouraged that I posted on Facebook for a recommendation for a honest salesperson who people trusted and was helpful. Several times Brad Constantino's name and Dick Ide Honda was given, so I decided to go to Dick Ide Honda and meet with Brad and I have to say it was one of the best decisions I ever made! He listened to me, worked with me to make sure I had the right car to fit all my equipment for my job in the trunk, and worked with me to get out of my current loan and into a lease on a new Honda Civic. I then worked with Adam Weil for the leasing agreement and that was all done and said in about 15 minutes! I felt heard, and supported in my car leasing experience and would recommend to everyone to call Dick Ide or stop by to work with Brad and Adam for their new, used or lease car needs! I will do business with Dick Ide from now on! More

The price he quoted us on a lease plus a very very low upfront costs beat anything we could have gotten if we were purchasing a used car which we originally considered doing. It was truly an amazing price and allowed us to get our son a much better car than we would have otherwise. Working with Brad and Dick Ide Honda was pressure and stress free. It was by far the best car buying experience we have had in the 25 years we've lived in the Rochester area. I was very pleased with my experience at Dick Ide. Brad took the time to work with me on the phone and in person.
