Ide Honda

A longtime Honda and Ide customer, I leased a new HRV this month after owning a 2014 CRV since the day it was returned from a prior lease in 2017. I'm elderly and just getting used to all the new tech in my HRV, but am loving it's great comfort, handling, and quality which are consistently typical with what I'm used to. My salesman, Brad Constantino (with impressive personality and knowledge), was thorough, thoughtful, patient, and most helpful (I have hearing issues and some disability) in navigating me through the system. He even adapted an arm on the back tailgate, so it opens only to a height I can easily reach to reclose. That professionalism with added courtesies has always been obvious in my service visits as well, so I commend Ide for their quality standards! More
