He got to know us and provided us with what he believed was the best vehicle for our wants and needs. He acquainted us with all the benefits of purchasing/leasing Honda cars. His positive, yet easy-going manner was infectious.We were convinced we had made the right choice. When our vehicle came in earlier than expected and we were not able to pick it up right away (due to illness), he reassured us that we had no worries. The car would be there when we were able to get it. When we picked the car up, the experience was seamless and the numbers were as promised. Brad spent an extended period of time getting us acquainted with our new car, didn't rush through, and set up our phone links. He told us to drive the car for a few days and if we needed further assistance, we could come back in and he would go through whatever steps we needed again.
