Essentially, making customers with appointments wait is their way to minimize risk of wasting their time. Sure enough, my truck was sitting outside for one 1 hour and 25 minutes. Work was completed in 15 minutes after that. So I waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes to get wheel alignment. More
