If a dealership can’t honor the numbers they promise, how can you trust them with anything else? My salesman, Brad Constantino (with impressive personality and knowledge), was thorough, thoughtful, patient, and most helpful (I have hearing issues and some disability) in navigating me through the system. He even adapted an arm on the back tailgate, so it opens only to a height I can easily reach to reclose. That professionalism with added courtesies has always been obvious in my service visits as well, so I commend Ide for their quality standards! More
