I NEVER once felt rushed, pressured, or misled at any time throughout the sale which was appreciated! Ashley was also quick and precise with all of the paperwork which further complemented my experience. I was able to drive away in my new Honda Civic just 2 days later. I will absolutely refer anyone else to Ide and especially to Rick! More

Lease of new vehichle IDE is THE BEST car dealership around. Turned in my old lease (2015 Civic) today (5/21/18) and walked out with a new HR-V. It is much more comfortable IDE is THE BEST car dealership around. Turned in my old lease (2015 Civic) today (5/21/18) and walked out with a new HR-V. It is much more comfortable and easier for me to get in and out of and also see over the steering wheel! I am 5’2” and 83 after all! From start to finish took about 4 hours, which was perfect. That gave me time to pick up groceries and make a trip to Leo’s. You see I live about an hour away and I am tired of just seeing Leo’s face on the commercial! My car was ready when I returned, signed the papers and off we went! Oh and those nice “boys” you’ve got working there? They even transferred my groceries from my old car to the new one. And just so you know, the HR-V holds about $350 or 55 bags of groceries! I want to especially thank Roberto Galante and Brad Constantino who answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable and truly made this transferring my lease so easy. Also, Ken in finance. Oh, and I should also thank my daughter Susan for helping me decide on the HR-V. After I sat in it the first time, she said this is it! I never even tried a new Civic. Thank you, Shirley Sharpe More

Huge Relief As a recent college graduate with a small budget and student loans to pay off, I didn't have much room to work with, but was in desperate need of a ca As a recent college graduate with a small budget and student loans to pay off, I didn't have much room to work with, but was in desperate need of a car in order to commute to work. From the start, Rick was very transparent, explained every question I had with detail, thoroughly explained the breakdown of costs, and wasn't pushy at all. He was also incredibly accommodating, respectful, and kind to me and my family. Being the cautious person I am, I went to other dealerships as well and had terrible experiences. Garber Honda offered me much higher prices, and the salesman was a pushy creep who was more obsessed with his masculinity, and kept asking me if I was ready to "rock and roll". Ralph Honda left me and my family standing for 10 minutes, with every available salesman avoiding eye contact and refusing to help us. Our eventual salesman, however, was very kind and I suggested to him that he should work at Ide instead. I went back to Rick for a reason, and I had a feeling from the start that I would be going back to him at Ide. He was able to offer me the best price on a car a whole level above what I expected I could afford, and then negotiated that down even more. Everyone I worked with was polite, respectful, friendly, had a sense of humor, and incredibly comfortable to work with. They say don't trust a car salesman, but I can confidently say I trust Rick. More
