He was very pleasant to talk to, made us feel at ease, and he gave us a very good price on the color we wanted RIGHT AWAY (i.e. no wrangling and haggling). He even gave us a discount on the add-on accessories. He was honest and straightforward. We can say the same thing too about Ken Neufeglise (I hope I spelled that right), the finance officer who helped us with the financing. Scott Marinelli, who gave us a brief overview on the car, was very helpful and thorough. Bob Crisafulli and his group did a great job installing our added-on hitch, rails and crossbars (thanks for installing the stuff even though there was a mix-up on the appointment day!). I can say it was hands down the best and least stressful car-buying experience we've ever had! Great teamwork by everybody there. We will definitely be coming back when it's time to buy cars for our two teenagers. More
