This is the third VW we purchased from IDE in the last 5 years. I shopped around 5 years ago when first purchasing a VW, going to other authorized dealers, but came back to IDE (car shopping and negotiati years. I appreciate IDE's no pressure and honest approach and have found everyone on staff (including the service and finance departments) to be courteous and helpful. Also, we are Penfield residents and are aware of the charitable donations that IDE does throughout the community, so we are happy to give them our business. I purchased a new VW this past June and a used/certified VW last week from IDE. Spencer was my salesperson for both transactions - was super to work with on both deals. I appreciate his genuine and relaxed approach, and would purchase more vehicles from him/IDE in the future, without any hesitation. More
