I wanted to buy a VW Tiguan after I had a Jetta for 6 years, and I selected Ide Volkswagen after I saw their inventory on line. Mr. Spencer Clarke assisted me with my selection; he was knowledgeable, pro years, and I selected Ide Volkswagen after I saw their inventory on line. Mr. Spencer Clarke assisted me with my selection; he was knowledgeable, professional and friendly as I road-tested several vehicles. Spencer answered every question I had, and provided the information on the spot. When I picked up my Tiguan, Spencer ensured that I had all the operating instructions for the car, which was very beneficial, as the Jetta had slightly different operating instructions. My 2015 golf failed inspection March 1 due to a emissions problem covered by warranty. It's August and no response from dick ide on when the part will come in. They don't even call me back. Pathetic customer service to a once loyal vw customer, no more after this treatment l. After placing this review I did get a call from Joe F at the dealer. I do appreciate that but I still have no resolution to the issue. More
