Lack of service I went to Irwin Mazda on 11/28/ 2015 with my son to inquire about leasing a mazda 6 ,looked the car over for about 15 minutes opening all 4 doors, si I went to Irwin Mazda on 11/28/ 2015 with my son to inquire about leasing a mazda 6 ,looked the car over for about 15 minutes opening all 4 doors, sitting in the car, checking everything out to make sure he liked the car. Stood around the vehicle for about 5 more minutes waiting for a salesperson to come and help us. There were a few people at the dealership being helped & a few salespeople walking around the floor, not one came over to us or even acknowledged our presence .I presume they must have sold too many cars that day & didn't need to sell any more. I would never purchase a car from a dealer that has no respect for a potential buyer. More

I've yet to experience the dealership horror stories you read about so often, maybe that's because my last 2 vehicles came from Irwin Mazda. I'd recommend them to anyone.
