This place sucks . Bought a 2023 brand new trx , sight un seen (my fault) . Was assured I would only pay sticker , that’s why I was eager to buy the vehicle . Signing the contract, I noticed there was an ad on of some xx paint and interior protection that cost $3400 extra. The next day I noticed there was trim missing in the interior. The salesman was gracious enough to give me the part in hand to deal with myself. A few days later, I noticed a crease indentation on the back leather seat. basically accused me of doing it because they didn’t notice in their pre-delivery so warranty won’t honor it they won’t accept responsibility so I’m stuck with it More
