First experience much better Recently purchased my second CPO vehicle from Jackson Acura - if this was my first experience with the dealership, I would certainly not go back. Sal Recently purchased my second CPO vehicle from Jackson Acura - if this was my first experience with the dealership, I would certainly not go back. Sales person knew I was coming in to by the vehicle, yet did not have everything ready when I showed up, which led to a rushed transaction as we both were trying to get to our next appointments. I was initially provided 1 working key fob. As I was leaving, the sales manager gave me another key fob which was not for my vehicle. I was told that I needed to bring the vehicle back to service and they would cut the key and program the remote. About a week later I came back to get the key fob programmed. Service agent told me that the key fob was broken and unable to be programmed for my vehicle. He said he ordered another one and I could come back (again!) to have the new key fob programmed. I asked about the possibility of having key fob that was programmed for a different car (I can't imagine how many key fobs a dealer of this size has in house) programmed for my car, and then when the new key fob came in, it could be programmed for whatever vehicle donated their key fob to me. Service agent told me they could not do that??? So now I need to spend another couple hours of my time to take care of something that should have been handled at the time of the sale - my bad for completing the transaction without everything being in order. I will say that my first CPO purchase (6.5 years ago) and use of the service department was outstanding, which is why I returned for this vehicle. More

Quite disappointed with this visit Several days after returning home after routine maintenance, I popped the hood and was shocked at what I saw. Windshield washer cap was open, no idea Several days after returning home after routine maintenance, I popped the hood and was shocked at what I saw. Windshield washer cap was open, no idea whether Jackson filled it with fluid. Service report indicates new battery is needed, but both battery terminals and connectors are badly corroded and need cleaning for optimum performance and BEFORE conducting load test. Though battery failed load test, it remains unclear whether this issue is due to high resistance on terminals or battery itself. Any qualified technician should know better to clean up terminals before testing battery. Worst of all, for unknown reason the positive battery terminal is severely bent, with large gap with center bolt threads clearly visible at the terminal opening. Photos available. Service rep was asked but had no idea or interest in checking whether Siri Eyes Free software in this vehicle with Tech package needs updates since it was installed by Jackson Acura several years ago. I note that ALL services on this vehicle since purchase (except installation of new tires) and brakes) were conducted by Jackson Acura. I plan to contact Acura and purchase a new Acura connector as bending back the bent connector back might stress the material and yield even higher resistance. Anyone can rotate tires and replace filters, but we paid a high price over $189 for services that were improperly done... not up to standards expected from an Acura dealer. We no longer have confidence in Jackson Acura to do basic maintenance services. More

Greeted quickly by gentleman who took keys, mileage, etc. but then waited over 20 minutes, then left after no service rep spoke with me. Next contact was text message that car was completed and ready for pickup. Not certain why a service rep never talked with me during the check-in process. More
