I panicked and called to see if there was any way to get an appointment to install new crossbars and a cargo carrier. They were booked, but Stephen, Robyn, Dwight and Pat all worked together to make it happen for the holiday weekend. I'm beyond thankful for their quick and helpful service. I know my procrastination shouldn't have caused an emergency on their part, but they never made me feel that way and did all they could to accommodate my request. Thanks to them our trip was a success! More

I also took notice of how nice the dealership is. It's very clean welcoming and \inviting and considerate of its customers offering beverage bar and nice amenities for people who need to work while their vehicle is being serviced. The staff seem to be incredibly friendly and informative. I had been on a couple of test drives with sales people who did not have the knowledge Rob was able to share with me which influenced my decision to purchase from Jackson Acura and Rob. Rob demonstrated excellent communication and follow up throughout my entire car buying process. Kelly was wonderful and kind and really made the business end of process incredibly easy for me. I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase of my new car from Jackson Acura and exited to be part of the Acura family. I am incredibly grateful for the service I was given :) More

Always got the quick overview, including Lexus. Our only complain and this is with the process in every dealer, we wish there would be some way to streamline the purchase/trade process. It’s exhausting. Plus I love my new MDX! More
