Car battery would not hold a charge It was determined that keyless entry module was faulty. When I was told car was ready for pickup my key had not been programmed. that evening my car w It was determined that keyless entry module was faulty. When we tried to jump the battery we realized that positive battery cable had not been properly attached to battery by the service department. We requested car get detailed during service. We were charged twice! More

Excellent Customer Service from Jim! I came in because I had just bought a 2016 Acura ILX and wanted to make sure the vehicle was in good condition.
