Incomplete repair Less than 10 minutes after leaving the dealership, a part came loose and was making the worst noise I'd ever heard. She was friendly and professional just like Brittany. They understand us as customers and did not sell me unnecessary service. Instead they found a nail in one of my tire and fixed it as a courtesy.
