Pat is relatively new at Jackson. However, his customer engagement and service delivery is excellent. I had brought in the MDX for Takata airbag recall last week. Got what I came for I believe I overall got the car service that I paid for. Brought my car there on a flatbed inoperable and picked it up operable (main goal met). I believe I overall got the car service that I paid for. Brought my car there on a flatbed inoperable and picked it up operable (main goal met). Spent thousands on fixes (called around several Honda/Acura dealerships for estimates, their price was in-line), car was in the shop over a week(expected), and no complimentary loaner car provided (I didn't request either). Car was just as dirty on pick-up from when I dropped off. Maybe loaners and cleaning are not per their normal service guidelines (car not under warranty), so I consider that an "average" rating. When I picked up the car, window molding masking tape was still applied (days after written cure time, someone should have removed), dirty shop rag left on drivers floor mat, and I drove off with OBD2 scanner still plugged in (I turned around an returned it, "what is that beeping?"..). I consider that a "fair" rating. Service writer was very polite and kept me frequently up to date on that status of the car and made sure all the TSBs and recalls were performed. Would give that experience a "good" rating. Overall the experience turns out to an "average" for me, all things considered. More
