It’s simple to make appointments, I’m greeted warmly Nick and Jackson Acura have changed my experience and expectations of having my SUV serviced. It’s simple to make appointments, I’m greeted warmly when I arrive, and I feel confident that Nick is looking out for me... and my wallet. The latter has been reinforced even more during my last 2 visits. I walked in “knowing” the brakes would need replacing, because I’ve had to replace them by this mileage with my previous Non-Acura’s. But, both times I was shown that the brakes had many miles to go. I look at that as a compliment to Nick for his honesty and professionalism, and to Acura for a well-built automobile! While the work is being done, I can wait comfortably in the areas for clients. Nick gives me progress updates, and when all is completed, I walk to my freshly washed RDX. I highly recommend the Acura RDX, purchased and serviced at Jackson Acura! More
