Nick is my rep and he always does a great job of keeping me informed on what I need done now and what can wait Jackson has a great service department. They now use Lyft to offer free rides if you don't want to sit around and wait for your car to be done. I really enjoyed that. I'm sure their prices are a bit more than you'd pay at a local mechanic, but the piece of mind and extras they offer are worth the small difference. More
