However, I had some free time recently and chose to drive to Roswell, Georgia from San Antonio, Texas ( approximately 1100 miles one way) to lease a car from Reggie. Reggie practices exceptional customer service in ever way possible. Its totally possible I will make another trip to Georgia to lease a car from Reggie. I'd rather not ever deal with anyone else. They did exactly what was needed, but nothing more than was needed. They serviced my vehicle promptly, had it ready when they promised, kept me updated on progress, and did a great service. More
Don't go the extra mile, unlike Lexus Notified them a 2nd time of rattle behind dash. Couldn't duplicate. I had a video of the sound and played for them. All they did was bang on the dash to see if something was loose. Husband's Lexus had rattle in sunroof. They replaced it. Still rattled. They then took the whole thing apart and fixed the issue. That's good service. I have several rattles in my Acura MDX..too many for an expensive car that is only 2.5 years old. Not only does Acura have issues with quality, this service center doesn't go the extra mile. Nick is great but focus on finding the root cause of the problem is lacking. More
