Service is great. Checking in as you first arrived needs major improvement. I had just purchased a used 2013 in Oct. I had no idea of what might be wrong with the car; however, when it was due for oil change and transmission fluid, Jackson went over everything in my car to make sure what might be wrong with the car; however, when it was due for oil change and transmission fluid, Jackson went over everything in my car to make sure everything was operating correctly. They were so honest to let me know that my transmission oil was still very good. They could've just had me pay for more transmission oil, but they didn't, they told me the truthchanged and you can't hardly find anyone that is honest when money is in the mix!
